MBD’s Vision: To create, deploy and lead algae-based technologies and solutions that provide the world with sustainable ways to address the global issues of water food and energy security. MBD Energy Limited is helping to build a cleaner energy future by recycling industrial waste. Based on nature, MBD is developing low cost processes that clean waste from a range of industries. Our business model is simple – partner with leading industry companies, clean their waste cheaper than other alternatives and where commercial, develop products that we can sell for additional revenue. The company has in place a strong R&D base. MBD continues our drive to establish and scale operations at our key project sites. We will continue this development and work with the partner companies and regulators to ensure we have biosorption and bioremediation processes that can be applied across our target industries. MBD Energy is focussed on 3 main projects, Pacific Reef, Thailand and mine water remediation and the associated R&D that support these projects. We have worked to maintain strong progress of industry waste bioremediation and worked on our transition from R&D to industry based projects and profitability.
