Forever Cheese debuted in 1998 in order to meet the increasing demand for Mediterranean products. Forever Cheese focuses primarily on cheese but is constantly evolving to include more specialty foods to better serve the American market. Founders Michele Buster and Pierluigi Sini personally hand select each item directly from our producers. Forever Cheeses goal is to source the highest quality, most unique and genuine products from Italy, Spain, Portugal, and Croatia to import to the United States. Forever Cheese launched the brand Mitica to unify its product line. It is a Latin word for mythic and a name which could be interchangeably Portuguese, Italian or Spanish. It is also easy to pronounce, MIH-tih-kah, with the accent on the first syllable. We are committed to doing our part in helping our planet and have been searching for a company to partner with in our search to support and further renewable energy. We are pleased to join forces with Carbonfund.org and look forward to making inroads in the never-ending battle to be as efficient as possible in our use of energy. Specifically we are interested in wind and solar energy, with a smaller eye on reforestation and carbon imprint erasing.
