Winnipeg Construction Association (WCA) is ManitobaÕs oldest and largest construction association, serving the construction community in Manitoba since 1904. Winnipeg Construction Association is an incorporated, not-for-profit trade association representing commercial contractors and suppliers throughout Manitoba. Our current membership stands at more than 800 member firms, including manufacturers, suppliers, financial institutions, lawyers, insurance and bonding companies and brokers. As membership grows, so do our services. In addition to our construction information, our expanded services include educational and networking opportunities, lobbying, and advocacy functions.
