My real estate specialty is new construction and Green Homes, though I happily work with clients who are looking for resale, or existing homes, as well as more traditional construction. I have worked with several builders doing on-site sales; and as a result, I have an intricate knowledge of the building process which has proven beneficial to my clients in both new and existing home purchases. I moved to Savannah in February 2007 from Seattle, Washington so I could be closer to my family. I have closed over 40 homes since moving here. I am based out of the Richmond Hill location, though I have also worked in the Savannah, Pooler, and Effingham areas as well. I sold real estate while residing in Seattle, where I became interested in sustainable living and green building structures. A sustainable home is one that minimizes the negative environmental impact by enhancing efficiency and moderation in the use of materials, energy, and design. I love the idea that your home can help provide a nourishing and comfortable lifestyle and at the same time create a healthy environment for future generations. I am a local board member of the US Green Building Council GA Chapter (Savannah Branch); and for several years, I have attended many courses and events on green building in an effort to learn and convey to my clients the benefit of having a sustainable home. I obtained my CSP (Certified New Home Sales Professional) designation in early 2006, and my Ecobroker designation in August 2009.
