SkyCentrics provides Internet of Things (IOT) solutions to commercial building owners, operators, and occupants using WIFI devices and sensors (hardware) and Cloud analytics to generate Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) data for commissioning, fault detection, controls, and Demand Response. SkyCentrics manufactures Wi-Fi, cloud-connected controls and sensors with a platform of applications optimized for the building controls industry. A complete end-to-end Application Enablement Platform from the firmware on the WiFi chip through our own cloud services platform to our front end display web and smartphone apps, SkyCentrics provides solutions to building owners and their service providers that dramatically reduce their total cost of ownership. Our goal is to change the real estate industry, providing new data, metrics and analytics at a cost that enables the ability to shed light on previously unmanaged spaces and resources. We also enable other companies to build applications on our firmware or through our Cloud RestAPI services. Our current hardware is fairly unique for its focus on WiFi communication to decrease installation costs and remove the need for a new gateway. We currently have thermostats, direct load controllers with sensor options, battery powered small sensors and smart plugs and strips. Our plugs and controllers can also sub-meter to 1% accuracy.
