A-1 Courier was founded in 1988 by Jonathan Fleck, who remains deeply committed to providing customers with an unbeatable service experience. Our strategy has been to identify the requirements that make for a successful delivery and then perform those functions better than anyone else.

We require that our order takers use our customer service guidelines and that our drivers be tested and thoroughly trained in handling small packages, legal filings, medical specimens and more.
