Bubby’s Kitchen

Bubby’s Kitchen prepares food in an “open concept” kitchen. They not only want to show what goes into making the meals, but also to let their guests sense the energy, sights, sounds, and aromas of a professional working kitchen. The restaurant provides options for various dietary choices (including gluten-free and vegetarian). They also serve various meats that are hormone and antibiotic-free. Bubby’s Kitchen measured their baseline GHG Inventory using data from 2012 calendar year. They are committed to reducing their GHG emissions with initiatives aimed at reducing emissions from garbage, heat, staff commuting, electricity, paper consumption, and other activities.
