Suki's Academy

Suki's Academy was founded in 1978 and offers advanced training in hairdressing and colouring as well as The Foundations Course, a superbly effective basic hair dressing program. All programs are PCTIA accredited. From the beginning, the focus has been on strong, technical cutting Ð and incredible colour work done by colour specialists. In 1978, the Suki's Advanced Academy was founded to train our growing staff. (Today the SukiÕs Academy attracts international students and is considered one of the finest training facilities in the world.) The company remains committed to quality and innovation. The vast majority of all SukiÕs Stylists and Colour Specialists started with the company as Apprentices, completed the SukiÕs Academy, and passed a demanding final exam before being allowed to work in the salons. Simply put, our Stylists and Technicians are better, because they are better trained. For 40 years Suki's has steadfastly remained true to Suki's original vision of excellence and is now recognized internationally for the educational and artistic excellence achieved over the years. The company has now grown from the original five-chair salon to four salons a spa and the Suki's Academy. Suki's now employs 150 talented staff who share a common vision.
