Coast EcoTimber

Coast EcoTimber specializes in sustainable forestry practices through the supply of rescued and reclaimed timbers from the coasts of BC and the underwater jungles in the Panama Canal. Providing a full range of hand-selected products including exotic hardwoods, timbers, thick slab and veneer products, decking, driftwood and more, Coast EcoTimber services architects, developers, designers, and home-dwellers internationally. Using these beautiful timbers, Coast EcoTimber has also unveiled a new furniture collection and architectural wood product lines featuring raw-edged slab designs and other rarities for homes. Coast EcoTimber is FSC® and Rainforest Alliance certified and is a member of both the Canadian and Panamanian Green Building Council. They are working to reduce their emissions by purchasing energy efficient motors for their barges and ensuring their proper maintenance, introducing a no idling policy on their property in Panama, investigating recycling options for Panama operations, and gradually replacing lighting at their mill with LEDs.
