I am praciticing naturopathic medicine and acupuncture in Central Nanaimo at Vita-Care Natural Health Clinic. I am passionate about supporting the optimal health of you and your family.  I have a special focus in family medicine, hypothyroidism, adrenal recovery and women's health.

Women's health includes: fertility care, peri-natal health, treatment of pregnancy related conditions, labour induction, menopause, PMS, menstrual cramps, endometriosis, fibroids and cardiovascular health. 

Adrenal recovery includes: chronic fatigue, burn out, professional programs, stress managment techniques and restoring sleep and energy levels.

Acupuncture therapy to treat: sciatica, joint pain, back injuries, recovery from MVA's, fertility, depression, anxiety, insomnia, nerve pain, numbness or tingling of any body part and much more!

On a personal level: I am a busy, active mother who loves balancing my passion as a health provider with time at home with my partner and daughter. We love hiking and camping, enjoy dancing and travelling and love just spending time together as a family. On my free time, I love acrobatic yoga, training for half marathons and getting outside! 

You will find me at the local farmer's markets, family parks and community events throughout Nanaimo.
