I believe we all have the ability to heal our own body. When going through my share of health issues, I felt like my body and I were at war. I was frustrated at how incompetent and weak my body was.

Finally, after years of struggling, I came to this realization that one thing was certain-my body listened to EVERYTHING I told it good or bad.

We became friends. I realized it fiercely protects me when I am in danger, gives me strength when I am weak, and it shines when I am kind to it.  As a Naturopathic Doctor, I have learned how what we feel impacts our own health and wellbeing.  For this reason, I use a lot of emotional healing alongside with Naturopathic healing.

I graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in 2008. I am part of:
 

• The Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND)

• The College of Naturopathic Doctors Alberta (CNDA)

• The College of Naturopathic Physicians of British Columbia (CNPBC). 

Currently, I practice in Kelowna, as well as travel biweekly to Fort McMurray where I have practiced for over 5 years.  You will probably find me around the community giving talks or enjoying the outdoors, dancing and practicing yoga.
