The Alliance for Flexible Polyurethane Foam (AFPF) was established in 1995 as a joint program of the Center for polyurethanes Industry of the American Chemistry Council (CPI) and Polyurethane Foam Association (PFA). AFPF combined the expertise of U.S. flexible polyurethane foam manufacturers with raw material procedures in an industry-wide effort to educate selected audiences as to benefits and innovations related to flexible polyurethane foam (FPF).
